Making Steam
by McBrian
First try at joining the Anoracks
LNER A4 Pacific, Union of South Africa (No 9) makes lots of steam while approachng Cowdenbeath with this mornings run of The Fife Circle SRPS tour.
The image is a bit wishy washy as it was taken through a heavy drizzle with Sigma 150-500 OS

I too like the squashed perspective. Great sense of speed and power.
Best wishes,

Another superb steam engine photo. Really like the tighter crop on the just the engine and a couple of carriages.
I don't know why i haven't given this a try myself. A trip to the Mid Hants Railway is in order i think.
