Thanks guys, I now have to confess I used a quick fix technique I picked up some time ago, basically you use the lasso tool to select the major areas of skin and after feathering the selection use the dust & scratches filter to even out wrinkles and blemishes.
The lady was good enough to take the time to pose so I thought it only right to try and flatter her, I hope she contacts me as I think she would be pleased with this shot.
