Photo Information
A fantasy manipulation of a photograph I submitted earlier of the Sheppey crossing entitled under the bridge. Manipulated in Affinity Photo. I removed the land on the other side of the bridge, adjusted the lighting and blended in some stars. Far from reality now. You will know what I mean if you have ever seen the Sheppey crossing). All comments appreciated.

I do appreciate both version. Former more glued to real world. Latter closer to emotional side of photography, IMHO.: very artistic and very useful for sending to a contest. Mood theme.

Thanks for your comments Guilio. Every time I looked at the previous version the drab landscape in the far background bothered me, so this is what resulted from trying to change the look. I know it wont be to everyone's liking but I'm pleased with how it turned out.

'Highway to the Stars'...I like it.

Re. Affinity Photo...how do you find it? It seems very reasonably priced and offers lots of features.

I use a very old version of Serif software...PhotoPlusX4 and am looking to get something newer.

Thanks Karlo.
I can definitely recommend Affinity Photo. You can do anything that you can do in Photoshop and most features are live enabling you to see the effect before committing. A few things take a bit of getting used to but most will be familiar.

I'm partial to real world, but admire the result you squeezed out of your first version.
