another robin

by mrfrosty

Just returned to Pentax coz I missed it too much. Taken today in low light in the woods. I don't find high iso too much of a problem with k3 though some do.
Last robin for my gallery or will have too many.

Not bad for ISO 3200! Nice and sharp with a lovely diffused background.

Thanks . I am trying a few settings on my k3 and not sure I have got them perfect yet . I think high iso is ok to get you the shot if putting on website or viewing on computer but I think low iso is needed for good prints.
I have taken all of my images handheld [ this one leaning against a tree ] I am thinking of getting a monopod to make things a little easier when walking around the woods with da300 as it is heavier than my 55-300 which I have used for a while. Thanks .
Dave.
