Haytor Vale

Haytor Vale, Dartmoor National Park

Pentax K7, Samyang 14mm 1:2.8 UMC, F13, ISO100, Tripod, Remote Control & Mirror Up
5 Shot Exposure Bracket Processed in Photomatix Pro 4.5, Fusion Process

A fresh early start last week up to the Haytor Rocks brought some good photographic opportunities in clear conditions. The DR was extreme for this one so 5 shots covering a 7-stop exposure range was needed.

You caught it just as it is. I like it
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

I'd come to the conclusion that the HDR procedure just didn't work with landscapes but I'm gonna have to rethink that one! Lovely shot!
