Taken with Pentax-A 50mm f2 lens with 52mm of extension tubes. Taken in the dark under-lit with a torch for a second.

It's unusual in that you don't often see the inner workings of an LED.
I think this is as close as I can go with my set-up, skills and patience. It was a bog-standard 5mm LED. It could have been clearer if I'd found a quality pristine LED with no surface marks etc; although I'm not sure due to the fact that most LEDs are designed to disperse an even light.
I like it's eerie simplicity.
