I love 'slabbing'. Gorgeous geometric shapes and filled with tone and texture. Lovely work.

Eagle eyes. I fixed the angle using the Lightroom straighten tool on the horizon sealine... but I've been back and checked and Gwyn's right. It was the merest fraction out.
Yes - this was taken near Vik a couple of weeks ago. We booked our hols about the time you were posting those great pics from your trip Paul. Not entirely coincidental. Not enough darkness when we were there for Northern Lights spotting.
