Lonely Trees

by Daydreamjay

4 degrees when I took this photo today but with the wind chill factor it felt like -10

What a total plank I felt like after returning home to find I had spent the day shooting in jpeg - I always shoot RAW but had dropped to jpg the other day for some unimportant web shots that I couldn't be bothered post processing.

So my plans for this photo were scuppered as I couldn't bring out the detail and tones that I wanted to.

Yes it's still a good image although perhaps it needs slightly more contrast.

Beautiful but I prefer a little bit of more contrast

It's a great scene, really has the desolate feel, I hope you were trying to portray this as it has worked

Thanks. I might go back one evening and try get one with a moon on it as I think it'll suit the picture.

jpeg or raw, it's still a fine landscape.
Best wishes,
