A lovely picture. Again proof of the light being everything.
And the photographers eye, seeing it of course.
I wouldn't think of rotating the horizon. The hill is sloping, the tree is vertical. Just how it should be.

Horizons fine for me, my world often slopes.
I think might try a small crop on the right though?

Good light Ken. I wouldn't crop on the right, that would bring the tree too close to the edge of the frame.

In hindsight both correct. I need to address my phobia with level horizons...
