What a lovely place. I'd like to drive down there in an open-top car...

Love this shot, almost mystical. Superb light!
Cheers,

I gladly welcome C & C's. Being foggy minded they really help me learn.

Ohmygosh!

Before I enlarged it, I thought it was a drawing from a fairytale illustration!

Wow, that's lovely!

There's an element missing from this shot but I'm not quite sure what it is. A little more contrast perhaps? That gap between the trees lower left is certainly disturbing and could probably have been removed by taking a couple of paces to the left.
I know! HDR!
Nevertheless, what a gorgeous view - just a pity we haven't been told anything about it!

This is a compelling image and as MAc says its like an illustration from a fairy tale. Pauljay talks of the missing element, its corny but a figure in the far distance might have helped but I don't think its essential. The shapes of the trees are interesting enough on their own. As for HD - that would ruin it.

I think it's a really interesting scene and quite a nice composition. It's very flat and washed out looking, though and would really benefit from some PP.

Been on this very road and taken many shots, but before my Pentax days! It's in Northern Ireland...

Its called the Dark Hedges, think it's in Antrim. Excellent shot, I drove down there last year and thought I'd been transported to Middle Earth.
