Well captured, had a similar shot with a Pentax ME at Teesside Air show years ago.

very nice capture - I suspect i would have ended up with a tail at each edge of the photo and nothing but blue sky and vapour trail in the middle
No matter how many lenses I have owned - I have always needed just one more
