Gorgeous colours. The hoverfly is almost incidental!

Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.

Thanks Kris. Wondered if I should crop to a square format so the flower fills the frame and the hoverfly is more prominent. Anyone want to give their opinion?

Square crop would work. Good image.

Vibrant colours and a good composition - like it - well taken.

Thank you for all who commented.

I also opened a thread on this in the Forum and asked the same question and it seems overall there were more on the side of not cropping square but there was a suggestion to crop slightly to remove the blurred shiny leaf to the left. I think that is what I shall do.

Cheers,
Roy
