Unusual bird
by wvbarnes
I'm no bird expert so this Male Eurasian Blackcap (wife and I looked it up) was a treat while out today on a fairly cold and dull morning.
Merit of having a compact light zoom like the 55 - 300 PLM and the K3II big sensor to crop from without severe loss.
i loved previously owning the 300 F4 star but tended to leave it at home on such days.
I'm put off a K1 and big (150 - 450?) lenses for same reason (plus the cost on a modest pension)
