Ullswater Again - V2

I can not decide which I prefer between this and the previous shot. They are very similar but to me feel very different. There are elements of the other version that I prefer and yet I am drawn back to this version.
It would be interesting to hear which you prefer and more importantly - why.

For me each has its own merits. They are not the same and I like both, Carl.

I think that this one has a much stronger composition and seems to draw you into it, the other seems a little flat in comparison
