I like the overexposed unsaturated look, but you've completely lost the side of the face on the right. Other than that, I like it.

I'm with Emily on this one, I find High Key attractive on female portraits, but as Emily has pointed out it has gone a bit over the top and is completely burned out in parts. you also need to clone out that annoying bench? top left
