SHORTLISTED - Pentax User Magazine

Tulip

by aminstar

Decided to reedit one of my first Macros that I had done of the Tulip flower. As I liked the vibrant colours achieved in the first shot I thought I should attempt to turn the image closer to an abstract rather than leaving it as a flower shot.
Thanks

I'm consumed with jealousy. How did you get that dense blank background. My K10 delivers a mess of noise in dark areas and I'm thinking of slinging it and going back to Canon
Pentax K10 + Pentax 18-55 + Sigma 28-135 + 50-500 + a large bagful of accessories.
