Any advice welcome, tried to improve the tones

First up you've straightened the horizon which was a good move.
Secondly the yellowish tint has gone, a big improvement IMO.
It seems you've slightly darkened the lower tones. Probably you've done enough with the tones but it would be worthwhile darkening the lower tones a little more. (I just tried pulling down the centre of the histogram a bit - pulls down all the tones in the histogram - & it does seem better to me).
The dead sky doesn't help but that's the way it was that day.
