A lovely dramatic sky and a fine vintage aircraft. Pity the belt of trees interferes with the line of the wing. I might try and clone it out, I think.
Best wishes,

Andrew

Vibrant colors and morning atmospherics galore -good suggestion above however if cloning out the tree line/house is a issue, try running it through Photomatix (they usually have a free month on their site) see what happens - anyway, V V nice image tg

Fine on the tree line so many steps to the right and other aircraft would have been in the shot..moving to the left and slightly behind the j-1 the light would have been slightly different and a car would have been in shot.. it caused me some head scatching..thanks for the suggestions..still have much to learn with the software I have..may give your suggestion a go at a later date when I am more familiar with techniques...really enjoying my photography..love the challenge many thanks.

Don't think I could make an Auster look that romantic!
