Nice shot of a lovely ship. Reminds me of those little cards you used to get to collect in packets of tea and the like.

Well done!
At first I thought you'd photographed a painting!

Superb, have been going to Dorset 3-4 times a year and have never been able to get a shot like this.
Was it a case of right place right time or did you know it would be there?

It reminds me of 'Charlotte Rhodes' from the tv series 'Onedin Lines'. I almost see captain Baines on the board...
Really nice capture.

sorry for the late reply, been tied up for best part of a year with various projects on the go and unfortunately not visited this site for a while. It was a case of 'right place right time', although in reply to Gabor, I did actually fish out of Dartmouth many years ago (20 or so years) on one of the old ships used in the Onedin Line. I was on holiday that time with my brother-in-law and our families when we decided to book a fishing trip from one of the kiosks along Dartmouth key. The skipper said the boat had been out the water for refurbishment but he was taking his family for a trip out of the harbour that Sunday, and we were welcome to join them! It's the only time I have known anyone go on a reef fishing trip on a tall ship.
Best regards,
Dave
