(but maybe not to fond of the border & it's vignette, it creates a slight feeling of claustrophobia(?) in this viewers mind which is the last thing I want in a landscape )

That foreground sets this image up very well. Just enough detail below the sky and then some heavy cloud low down in the sky.
Must be a lot better at larger sizes.
