Astounding amount of muck on your sensor which ruins the colourful sky. It can be cloned out but I think a good clean is in order Crop the empty foregound, straighten it up and get rid of the muck and you'll have a stunning picture.
Having looked a little closer some of the muck spots are birds. I would still clone out anything which isn't clearly a bird.
