sunset in Camargue

by AxelLuther

Traveling on a 18 km dirt track in the delta of the Camargue, we got this lovely scenery later in the evening.
Btw -the horizon is not tilted - this is the slope of a bank on the left hand side - if I would have tilted the horizon into a horizontal position, the poles would have been very angular.

Lovely landscape Alex, good sharp detail on the poles, and unusual with the stones placed on the top. Almost like elongated mushrooms, magic

Hi Jim - this dirt track leads to a wild beach that became host of a kind of "comune" of artists, surfers and kite surfers - I gues, mainly those people started to put these stones on the poles - you are right - it looks very artistic and also a bit mystic.

I thought you was going to tell us that it took you hours to get all those stones in place before you could take this pictue.. Great picture.
