I love the symmetry that you captured. Great shot.

This looks nice, but can I offer a little piece of advice? If it were mine I would try the following which might/might-not work:
1) lighten it a little and either apply a curve, use feathered selections on the clouds or do some dodging and bruning to bring out the detail a little more in the sky and reflection as I think something is being lost in the darkness.
2) Also (this might seem a strange suggestion) but I wonder whether flipping it so the clouds lead in left to right rather than right to left might help lead you in to the photo. Sometimes this can make a difference (I am told it is something to do with reading left to right).
3) Consider whether the foreground adds anything to the photo, if not crop it off!
The reason I make these suggestions is that I think you have captured a nice scene with potential to be really good.

just looking again at this on my smartphone which has a good screen, probably better than my work pc, and my first comment point might not be right. Of course you might say that about all three but thats the nice thing about photography, no right or wromg answers. must get my home pc set up again after. . . .

its a nice photo though!
