Once Upon a Time there were red boxes everywhere on our streets, even in the middle of nowhere in the countryside. It is said that if we entered these boxes we would be able to speak to any person we chose, anywhere in the world, in exchange for offerings of bronze and silver. Alas, they are now scarce having been consumed by much smaller and yet more deadly communication devices
