Using this type of lens successfully is so difficult - you've certainly mastered it with this shot Nigel

DanceOfLight you made me have a look at how much of a shadow lift I had to do. Not as much as I might have thought. In Light Room, Highlights -69, Shadows +60 but I took blacks down -55 to keep a good amount of contrast.
