Not just any spider, this is the Funnel Web, a highly venemous beastie that normally lives in a hole in the ground and only surfaces at night. This one's dead, after having been found on the bottom of a swimming pool. They often fall in pools and survive for several hours on the air bubbles trapped on their hairy bodies.
