Small bird in flight practice

Using supposedly slow af Tamron 70-200mm on a K-5 I managed a high proportion of sharp results tracking across the sky using multipoint af and also against the viaduct. Small crops - the range is'nt really long enough for this sort of thing but I was pleasantly surprised how well it performed having previously been using a Nikon D300s!

Yes I think this is the best method - I try with limited success with a Sigma 50-500 on a K5
