Another shot from Mablethorpe.
DA55-300 lens.f11
Shutter at 1/400. Still not sure if its too fast as I feel that I can get more speed expressed in picture at about 1/250, but then less quantity of sharp pix whilst panning.
Question, Do others switch off shake reduction on moving objects?

Perhaps a bit slower shutter speed might have given the front rider more of a look of 'speed' - the riders behind really do have that feel
