10 out of 10. This photo is very beautiful indeed! A majestic sky...powerful & great impact. Building on the left helps to stack and to rest on it so not to go faster into background (sky). I should have preferred a vertical compo so to enhace slant of building and to increase the importance of sky: yeah.....easy to write but then you should have had troubles with leaning lines....Right but it is possible to fix it in PS and lens correction.
IMHO I don't like the top of buildings in the right: lower right part of your compo. Distracting. The main actor is skyscraper! For this reason it could be interesting to crop left building so to make sky free (distracting is staircase on left, IMHO).
Colour, saturation, vibrancy, subject, compo, all RIGHT. Original subject...for thease features I write again 10 out of 10.....
I hope you don't offend reading my comment...This is not a bad picture: this is BEAUTIFUL one and your goal is to change it into WONDERFUL
PS This is my personal opinion only! I'm not a master!

Great composition making the most of the man made and the natural world to create such a well balanced image.

Thank you all for comments. To Giulio: I tried cutting the bottom right material but realized I needed some weight there to counterbalance the extremely heavy weight on the left side, and also to increase the relative apparent height of the left hand building (the Aura, of which I posted photos last year)---to make it an even more imposing manmade phenomenon juxtaposed with the glorious sky.
