Tom,

Another great bird picture!

Some words on your technique, please; not the technical / photographic variety, but the approach to the birds themselves.

Is it a case of sit & wait to see what turns up whilst discretely placed?
Bait a point with food, then as above?
A hide, perhaps?

I'd be very interested to know!

Best Regards,

Coker.

Hi Coker,
We do have one handicap it’s our Border Collie!

Other than that it’s a case of sit and wait, then hopefully right place, right time and good light with no bait or hide. In the previous shots to this one the parent bird was feeding this little fellow but the shots were not good enough other than to keep just as “records".

Tom,
By that logic, I should be the next Eric Hosking......

We have 3 Jack Russells!!!

Keep on with the excellent work, a joy to see.

Best regards,

Roger.
