Dawn at Worsley

by johnriley

I would love to get out more in the early hours as the early morning colour and mistiness is fantastic, but too often sleep gets in the way. Here's a rare early foray into Worsley.

I simply don't function at that time but looking at this one, I can see why some people do it. Beautiful collection of colours that are seldom seen together.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

I have some lovely sunrises taken on holiday at about 5am from a hotel bedroom, after which I went back to bed and slept, so I admire your resolution to go out so early and achieve such and atmospheric shot. John.

As an ardent fan of reflections, it always gladdens me to see other USERS post them. This is one honey of a shot. And it's not only about the reflections in the water, but about the combination of early sunlight and the glowing orbs atop lamp posts.
