One without the wires

Yes just before it moved actually. If you remember as it moved the driver opened the cylinder cocks and the engine disappeared in clouds of steam. I did get a good going away shot after it emerged. The lizzie lends itself well to going away shots unlike a lot of locos. I always look for another Pentax user amongst the Canikons but very rarely see one. Will look out for you.

Woohoo! that`s a cracking one. sort of Au naturelle!I was on the North York Moors line when the driver opened the cylinder cocks too. He told me what he was going to do and which way to go after I had the shot. Must dig it out.
