Hi John, to old and worn to go to the top now, I go as far as I can, the problem is getting down off the mountain as my knees are just useless. However my daughter & husband and Son & Fiance are into it big time even winter climbing! I adapt the 'Nordic Walking' techique....I use the walking poles just to get off the hill, best regards Ron
