VIctorian Laundry

Taken in the laundry house at Beningbrough Hall - apparently kept separate to the main house because of all the steam generated from washing & drying. I think it's a tad easier today...?!

Now thats a mangle! I used to use a slightly smaller one in my art room for intaglio printing. Cheers, Gary
