Moody view
by KatieW
Pen Y Ghent, one of the Yorkshire Dales three peaks with late February sun. Difficult not to get my own shadow in! The sky was changing by the second, at this point quite a moody view. K7, tripod and 18-55mm lens. Nothing amended.

I really like this image - it captures the feel of the limestone as well as the beautiful light on the hill.

Lovely light & colour. The dark areas top & bottom help frame the scene although the top seems a little overdone to me.
