Great angle and light and what excellent use of the lens, one which I covet!
I might be inclined to lighten the foreground and river a little to inject a bit more contrast, but that's a personal thing.

I like the effect of the train in your first picture but over all this is a much better composition and a more dramatic sky.

Excellent shot. Wonderful lights, nice view point. I like the reflection of the clouds on the water.
