Great shot, Axel. I like the wonderful lights and details and the nice gray tones. This is a really soft and calm composition.
If I think well this is an HDR shot. What SW did you use avoid the ghosts?

Photomatix 4.0 (this is far better than 3.0 - you can select potential Ghost candidates and the software renders the picture with nearly no ghost effect)
