We can not stop the tide coming in but we can slow it down a little.

I know this sort of shot divides opinion and that some will say it should be b+w - but I liked the muted colours on this one

it would be a shame to loose that sky by going mono. very relaxing picture. trust you went to the Hart after for a nice meal and a pint. we always do on our annual Yorkshire holiday in Whitby

Just the right shutter speed - soft water, but still enough movement. The colours are great, BW is not the way for this image!
