I really like this picture: the composition and dof are excellent. It's a bit of a shame about the people, though, it may be worth revisiting this spot if you are able and trying to get a shot without peeople in it? I think it would look very nice indeed with the pattern of the pathway showing on the left hand side of the railing too. Failing that, if it's not possible to re-shoot it, I think desaturating the red rucksack would remove the distraction this causes.
