Madeira last week on Funchal waterfront. K3II (finally AFC works) and 55 - 300mm PLM (very quick to focus and no hunting) now make such photos more likely keepers.

Pentax focus system is still too slow for wildlife though...... Great image Bill.

I've not used Nikon (same sensor, fancier AF system) but this is the best Pentax camera/lens combination I've owned to date and is no longer frustrating to me.
