British Traditional Telephone box

This 'Traditional Red Telephone Box' is in Ingatestone Village, Essex, England.I had to take it when I saw the good 'light' on it to use up an outdated Fuji VELVIA 50 film. I used my PENTAX 6x7 Mk II with the 45mm f4 SMC Pentax lens and rated the film at 32 ASA -- as it was 'Old' it processed with a slight 'magenta' cast which I corrected in PhotoShop 7 levels.

I always refer to them as American phone boxes as you see more of them in the US than the UK! Good archive shot Peter!

Paul : Yes --the Yanks even had our 'London Bridge' shipped over there in pieces !
