Great subject for monochrome. I would personally have cropped the top and bottom to remove the areas that don't add anything to the main subject. I also think that your camera's sensor needs a good clean judging by the state of the sky and on the building.

Thanks for the commentary. Taken though the windshield. I wanted the central subject to be bumpy and cramped and surrounded by space and give as much contrast as possible to the razor wire and growth.
