There's a lot of these around in the South East now - ring necked parakeets I think is their proper name. I love following them around Richmond Park. However, there are now so many of them that they are causing a bit of a problem and have officially been declared as fair game for people with shotguns Quite impressive to see the flocks of them that amass now and then. Noisy though! Often seem to be fighting!
