HARRY from British TV Programme 'The Only Way is Essex' took part in the annual Brentwood 3 mile Fun Run on Sunday March 23rd -- see if you can spot him -- I was covering the event for the Yellow Advertiser -- this year I used only my 28-70mm f4 SMC Pentax-F lens and on some used the built-in flash set to -1 exposure as fill-in.
