hmm looks too constructed to me.... the elements do not really fit together (kind of wrong perspective somehow)

I agree Axel, I think it may be the flatness of the leading columns. I will give it a rejig prior to introducing a character. Many thanks for the constructive feedback keep it coming. John

I recognise some of these 'bits' but not the castle on the top. Where is that from? It looks a bit like Seljuk citadel but it may have been restored since I was there last.

There isn't much in there, but there is a good view!
Next time in Ephesus I want to visit the 'Cave of the seven sleepers'. Now that's a title for one of your compositions!

Went to the cave last time - with the fencing thats there you have to get in some precarious positions for a good shot. I will see what I can find.There isn't much in there, but there is a good view!
