Silk Sisters

Nottingham is famous for its’ silk industry as well as Robin Hood (and its' award winning tram network!). An exhibition in this connection is taking place in the Spring/Summer.

While taking some general street scenes these young ladies of the city happened across the picture. I wondered if the one running her fingers through her hair thought it felt like silk, as in the old TV advert.

Just shows that there might be something interesting happening by accident and you should look hard at your pictures after shooting them.

Might just be pretentious and voyeuristic though!
