Well done, a fascinatnig shot! Was it falling at the time? (That would be even weller done! )

Laying on the lens hood from my Sigma 105 macro lens which I had taken off, don't know where all the sparkly bits came from.

Well I feel you have captured your goal, interesting composition with fine detail - well taken.

Nice technique and a great shot, I will have to give this a go. I picked some last night but they had all disintegrated by the time a arrived home.

I think that this does look like it is falling but whether this was the intention or not, I really like this image.
