Sundial in the Shadows

I was using the K20D with the 18-55mm WR lens today. Here at Easby Church, in the pouring rain, I found this old sundial. The camera was held over the dial, composition by trial and error, and I was very pleased with the end result.

Yes, we thought that as well. It was hidden under the trees in the graveyard next to Easby Abbey, near Richmond.
