Nice shot. I think if I was clever enough (which I am not!) I would try and remove the yellow blob at the side though

I agree with pentax babe, the yellow blob needs to go but also his back and lower part seem to be out of focus, I would crop the picture to just his upper body I think.

Otherwise nice shot.
