I'm still trying my hand at birds in flight. snapped this goldie down at Fairburn Ings RSPB reserve yesterday. the out of focus wall in the background is something they recently built to encourage Sandpipers to nest here.

Really good. Having had a go recently I appreciate the fact that you even get it in shot, let alone focus.
